AlloyX User Agreement

Welcome to AlloyX Limited (“AlloyX,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our services, including On/Off Ramp, Wallet, Earn, Swap and Cards. You agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Agreement”). Please read this Agreement carefully, as it governs your use of our services.

 

1. Acceptance of Terms
(1) By using AlloyX services, users acknowledge and accept the risks associated with virtual assets and agree to the terms outlined in this document. 
(2) AlloyX reserves the right to update or modify these terms as necessary, and continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

 

2. Description of Services
AlloyX provides a suite of virtual asset services aimed at facilitating users’ engagement with digital assets. These services include:

(1) On/Off Ramp: Seamless Cash Deposit and Withdrawal
-  Enable users to effortlessly convert between on-chain stablecoins and off-chain fiat currencies through seamless bank transfers.

(2) Wallet: Secure Custodian Solution for Stablecoin Management
- Provide a robust and secure custodial wallet solution tailored specifically for managing stablecoin assets.

(3) Earn: Yield Generation through Third-Party Protocols
- Leverage partnerships with reputable third-party yield earning protocols and financial institutions to offer users attractive interest returns, specifically through on chain tokenized products and other secure avenues.

(4) Swap: Low Slippage Stablecoin Interchange via Third-Party AMM Liquidity Pool
- Facilitate efficient and cost-effective exchanges between various stablecoins using an Automated Market Making (AMM) mechanism, provided by third-party DeFi protocols, ensuring minimal price slippage and enhanced liquidity for users.

 

(5) Cards: Virtual and Physical Credit Cards Empowered by Crypto
- Enable users to create both virtual and physical credit cards that allow real-life spending powered by cryptocurrency payments and seamless clearing processes.

3. User Eligibility
(1)    Users must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use AlloyX’s services in their respective jurisdiction. AlloyX reserves the right to refuse service, close accounts, or limit access to the services in its sole discretion.
(2)    Account Registration and Security
- Users are required to create an account to access certain features. 
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. 
- You agree to notify AlloyX immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

 

4. Licenses and Compliance Statement 
(1)    Business Licenses
- AlloyX holds relevant licenses in jurisdictions where services are offered, adhering to regulatory requirements. 
- Users may inquire about specific licensing information by contacting AlloyX support.
(2)    Compliance Commitment
- AlloyX is committed to complying with all applicable laws, including AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC (Know Your Customer) policies. 
- Users are required to provide accurate and verifiable identification information and may be subject to additional verification as needed.
(3)    User Obligations
- Users agree to adhere to all compliance requirements, including providing truthful information and cooperating with verification processes. 
- Failure to comply may result in account suspension or termination.​

 

5. Fees and Charges
AlloyX charges fees for certain services, including but not limited to transactions within the Earn, Swap, and On/Off Ramp services. Fees are subject to change, and the applicable rates will be displayed at the time of transaction. Users are responsible for reviewing and accepting fees prior to engaging in transactions.
(1)    Service Fees
- AlloyX charges fees for specific services, including On/Off Ramp conversions, Wallet transactions, Earn rewards program, and Swap transactions. 
- A detailed fee schedule is provided on our platform.
(2)    Payment Terms
- Fees are deducted at the time of the transaction, and users must ensure sufficient funds are available. 
- AlloyX reserves the right to adjust fees, and users are advised to review fees before transactions.
(3)    Refund Policy
- Fees paid for services are generally non-refundable, except in cases of transaction errors or as required by law. 
- Users may request refunds through AlloyX support for eligible cases.

 

6. User Responsibilities
Users agree to use AlloyX services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations and agree not to engage in any prohibited activities, including but not limited to illegal transactions, fraud, money laundering, or unauthorized access to other users’ accounts.

 

7. Prohibited Activities
Users are prohibited from using AlloyX services to engage in:
(1)    Illegal activities, such as fraud, money laundering, and terrorist financing.
(2)    Attempts to disrupt or harm AlloyX services, including tampering, hacking, or other malicious activities.
(3)    Any activity that violates the terms of service or intellectual property rights of AlloyX or third parties.

 

8. Termination and Suspension
AlloyX reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services, accounts, or transactions at any time, for reasons including but not limited to suspected fraud, legal compliance, or breaches of this Agreement.

 

9. Risk Disclosure Statement
(1)    Market Risk
- The value of virtual assets can fluctuate significantly, and there is a risk of substantial losses. 
- Users should understand the volatility of the market and make informed decisions.

(2)    Technical Risk
- AlloyX strives to ensure the security and reliability of its services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. 
- Technical risks, including system failures and cyberattacks, are inherent to digital asset services.

(3)    Regulatory Risk
- Virtual assets are subject to regulatory changes. 
- Users should be aware of evolving regulations that may impact their ability to use AlloyX services or the value of their assets.

 

10. Disclaimer
AlloyX provides services on an “as-is” basis and makes no warranties regarding the reliability, security, or availability of its services. AlloyX will not be liable for any losses resulting from the use or inability to use services.

 

11. Dispute Resolution
Disputes arising from or related to this Agreement will be resolved through arbitration, except where prohibited by law, in the jurisdiction specified by AlloyX.
